Benefits of Remedial Massage
Remedial massage therapy aims to increase blood flow to tendons, muscles and fascia to facilitate the release of tension and pain. Remedial massage is used to speed up the body’s healing process. Pressure can be deep tissue or gentle, depending on the problem. Inured or tight muscles can refer pain to other parts of the body and remedial massage can trace the origins of pain, to resolve both the source of pain and the symptoms.
